Certain services may require a deposit before materials are ordered, design work begins, or an appointment is reserved.

Deposits are generally applied toward the final project balance.

Deposits may become non-refundable after custom materials have been ordered, custom design work has begun, or other project-specific expenses have been incurred, subject to applicable law and any terms communicated at booking.

6. Design Approval

For custom wraps, commercial graphics, signs, banners, and other custom-designed products, customers may be asked to approve a digital proof before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

Spelling

Phone numbers

Website addresses

Logos

Colors

Business information

Placement

Overall design

Once a design has been approved, Wrapit ABQ is not responsible for customer-approved errors except where otherwise required by law.

8. Vehicle Condition

Wraps, PPF, tint, and other automotive films are applied to existing vehicle surfaces.

Pre-existing conditions may affect installation quality, adhesion, appearance, or removal.

These conditions may include:

Rock chips

Scratches

Oxidation

Rust

Clear coat failure

Previous repainting

Body filler

Poor body repairs

Overspray

Damaged trim

Cracked glass

Existing vinyl or adhesive

Wrapit ABQ is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Vehicle Wraps

Vehicle wraps are designed to change a vehicle's appearance or provide advertising and branding.

Wrap lifespan varies depending on:

Material

Installation

Climate

Sun exposure

Vehicle storage

Washing methods

Maintenance

Driving conditions

Wraps are not permanent and are subject to normal wear over time.

Customers must follow all recommended aftercare instructions.

10. Wrap Removal

Removing vinyl may reveal pre-existing paint damage, previous repairs, weak paint, clear coat failure, or other defects.

Vehicles with aftermarket paint or previous body repairs may have a greater risk of paint lifting during removal.

Wrapit ABQ is not responsible for paint failure caused by pre-existing paint conditions, improperly performed previous repairs, or deteriorated paint to the extent permitted by law.

11. Paint Protection Film (PPF)

PPF is designed to help protect painted surfaces from certain road debris, minor abrasions, environmental exposure, and everyday wear.

PPF does not make a vehicle damage-proof.

It cannot prevent all:

Rock chips

Scratches

Dents

Collision damage

Environmental damage

Paint damage

Proper maintenance is required to maximize performance and longevity.

12. Window Tint

Window tint requires a curing period following installation.

During this period, temporary moisture, haziness, water pockets, or minor optical distortion may be visible.

Customers must follow all aftercare instructions, including restrictions on rolling down windows immediately after installation.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable tint laws unless otherwise required by law.

13. Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings are designed to improve gloss, protection, hydrophobic properties, and ease of vehicle maintenance.

Ceramic coatings do not make a vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof and cannot prevent all:

Rock chips

Scratches

Water spotting

Chemical damage

Collision damage

Improper washing damage

Proper maintenance is necessary to maximize coating longevity.

14. Custom Signs, Graphics & Printing

Custom signs, banners, graphics, window vinyl, and printed materials are produced according to customer-approved specifications.

Colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from final printed materials because of differences in displays, materials, inks, lighting, and production processes.

Custom-made products may not be returnable after production has begun unless defective or otherwise required by law.

15. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of booking or project approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, remaining balances are due upon completion of services.

Customers are responsible for all agreed charges associated with completed work, custom materials, and approved additional services.

16. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Cancellation after custom materials have been ordered, designs have been completed, or production has begun may result in charges for costs already incurred.

Missed appointments or repeated cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments.

17. Warranties

Certain products and services may include manufacturer or workmanship warranties.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product, material, and service purchased.

Warranty coverage generally does not include damage resulting from:

Accidents

Abuse or neglect

Improper maintenance

Automatic car washes

Chemical exposure

Environmental damage

Pressure washing too close to film edges

Unauthorized modifications

Third-party repairs or installations

Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Any specific written warranty provided with a product or service will control if it differs from these general Terms.
